You can register for all programs (except for Children's Swim Lessons AGES 4 & UP) by mail at any time. All programs are on a first come, first served basis. The HK Recreation Department does not confirm mail-in registrations. If you do not hear from us, please assume that you are registered. Please make checks payable to the HK Recreation Department.Swim Lesson Registration:
Registrations for Children's Swim Lessons (age 4 & up) will be accepted by mail or walk-ins only beginning September 6th for Residents
and September 12th for Non-Residents. Phone registrations will be accepted after September 19th.
All other program will be accepted by mail at anytime!In order to view and print the form, you must download Acrobat Reader.

Fees and Refund
Policy
When fees are charged, fees are due at the time of registration or prior to
the start of the program. Refunds will be given if requested at least 72 hours
prior to the start of classes, or other designated activities, unless otherwise
stated at program registration. There will be a $2 service fee. However, there
will be no refunds on excursions two weeks prior to the trip. Once an activity
has begun, there will be no refunds except in the case of illness, injury or
relocation. Refunds will then be given on a pro-rated basis. Refunds will be
given if a program is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment.
