Liberty Bank Family Entertainment Series
Free Outdoor Summer Concerts sponsored by Liberty Bank and the HK Recreation Department! Bring a blanket or a chair to enjoy an evening of live entertainment at our local town green. Fun for the whole family! Food will be available - sold by the Haddam River Day Committee. An ice cream truck will also be present.
All shows are from 7:00 - 8:30 pm at the Higganum Green. In the event of rain, all shows will be cancelled. Call the HK Recreation Hotline: 345-8334 in case of inclement weather.Haddam Village Market will be available from 3:30 - 7:00 pm every Friday, rain or shine.

Blues Review Magazine describes Ryan Hartt & the Blue Hearts as young East Coast masters of the jumpin West Coast sound. Formed in 2000, the quartet has released two critically-acclaimed albums on their own Far-Tone Records label. The readers of the Hartford Advocate voted them "Best Blues Band in CT" in 2005, 2007 and 2008. In January of this year, the Blue Hearts represented the CT Blues Society at the International Blues Challenge in Memphis, TN. It was their third appearance at the IBC. Check out www.ryanhartt.com.

The HK Recreation Department has booked some funtastic shows. Children enrolled in our summer camp that week will be attending the show free of charge. All shows are at the HK HS Auditorium and are $2 per person.
