Registration for Summer Programs

How To Register:
You can register for all programs (except for Swim Lessons and Soccer Fun) by mail at any time. All programs are on a first come, first served basis. The HK Recreation Department does not confirm mail-in registrations. If you do not hear from us, please assume that you are registered. Please make checks payable to the HK Recreation Department.

Swim Lesson and Soccer Fun Registration:
Wednesday, May 28th 7:00 - 8:00 pm Burr Elementary School
Thursday, May 29th 2:00 - 4:00 pm HK Recreation Office

We suggest you go to registration (Residents only) for Swim Lessons and MLS Summer Soccer Fun (mail-ins for these two programs will be accepted after 5/29). Please mail-in all other registrations at anytime. Non-residents may register for these programs after 5/29.

Fees & Refund Policy
When fees are charged, payments are due in full at the time of registraion (prior to the start of any program or as specified in an individual program). Refunds will be given if requested at least 72 hours prior to the start of classes, or other designated activities, unless otherwise stated at program registration. There will be a $2 service fee. However, there will be no refunds on excursions 2 weeks prior to the trip. Once an activity has begun, there will be no refunds except in the case of illness, injury or relocation. Refunds will then be given on a pro-rated basis. Refunds will be given if a program is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment.
