In order for us to conduct excursions, we need partipants to sign up as early as possible. We are required to make deposits to make deposits 30 days prior to a trip. This will reduce the possibility of a trip cancellation. There will be no refunds on cancellations two weeks prior to the scheduled trip/ registration deadline. Thank you for your cooperation.

Daffy Daffodils at Blithewold

Departure from your area with a coffee stop enroute to the Blithewold Mansion in Bristol, RI. Located on Narragansett Bay, Blithewold is one of the finest garden estates in New England. Your exploration will include its beautiful gardens planted with daffodils for the spring season and a tour of the 45-room English style manor house. Lunch will be at a local favorite, The Lobster Pot. Enjoy a choice of chicken marsala, broiled scrod or broiled salmon. After lunch, the bus will stop in Newport where there will be time to shop in the Brick Market area. Fee includes Deluxe Motorcoach Transportation, tour of mansion, and luncheon.

NYC - Top of the Rock & Ripley's Believe It or Not!

Enjoy two new attractions in New York City! Departure from your area with a coffee stop enroute. Upon arrival, enjoy lunch at Da Rosina, a premier Italian restaurant in the theater district. Enjoy a choice of entree upon arrival. After lunch, visit Ripley's Believe It or Not, located in the heart of Times Square. The "odditorium" gives you the ultimate insight into the world of the odd and bizarre as well as a glimpse into New York's past. On view are items ranging from 24 shrunken heads to a section of the Berlin Wall, from a 3,197 lb. meteorite to Babe Ruth's official team uniform from the New York Believe It or Nots.
Our last stop will allow you to experience New York City from the Top of the Rock. This newly renovated observation deck on the 70th floor of Rockefeller Plaza provides unparalleled views for 360 degrees. This amazing view includes Central Park and the northern half of Manhattan which can't be found anywhere else. Other views include the Chrylser Building, Times Square, the Hudson River, the Brooklyn Bridge, and more. Also included is a ground level experience that allows you to learn about the history of Rockefeller Center or to balance on a simulated skyscraper bean and look down to see the street hundreds of feet below - just as craftsmen saw it at the turn of the century. Fee includes Deluxe Motorcoach Transportation, lunch, admissions where applicable, and a tour director.

Strawberries, Chocolate & Wine

Departure from your area with a coffee stop enroute to the Hudson Valley in New York State. Our first stop will be the Torches on the Hudson Restaurant. You will not find a finer dining view of the Hudson River than that of this beautiful establishment. Torches boasts the East coast’s largest non-institutional salt water aquarium, as well as 30-foot high gas lighted torches used to lure the boaters. Today’s menu includes a choice of Grilled Salmon Filet, Chicken Marsala, or N.Y. Strip Steak with a roasted garlic demiglace. Your meal is served complete with all the trimmings, including a mouth-watering dessert.
Then we’ll continue to our final destination, Baldwin Vineyards for a “gourmet” afternoon. Upon arrival, we’ll sample its fifteen award-winning wines, including Chardonnay, Brut Champagne, Merlot, Riesling, Port, Strawberry and Raspberry Wine. The tasting is accompanied with an individual plate of strawberry shortcake, double chocolate brownie, chocolate dipped fresh strawberry, and NY cheesecake topped with Black Raspberry and marinated fresh strawberries. You will also receive a copy of their “Top Ten Ways to Enjoy Strawberry Wine”. After the tasting, you’ll have some time to explore their store and gift shop; maybe you’ll find something to take home with you!!
