Registration for Winter/Spring Programs

 

How To Register
If a program has a mailbox icon . next to it, you may mail in the registration at any time (before or after January 9th). All programs are on a first come, first served basis. Please make checks payable to the HK Recreation Department. We do not confirm mail-in registrations. If you do not hear from us, please assume that you are registered.

The HK Recreation Department does not confirm mail-in registrations. If you do not hear from us, please assume that you are registered. Please make checks payable to the HK Recreation Department.

All programs are accepted by mail at anytime except for Swim lessons. We suggest you register at our In-Person Registration (residents only) for swim lessons on Tuesday, January 8th from 7:00 - 8:00 pm at Burr Elementary School or Wednesday, January 9th from 1:00 - 4:00 pm at the HK Recreation Office.

If you cannot go to In-Person for swim lessons, mail-ins will be accepted after January 9th. Non-residents may register for swim lessons after September 9th.

 

Refund and Fees Policy
Refunds will be given if requested at least 72 hours prior to the start of classes, or other designated activities, unless otherwise stated at program registration. There will be a $2 service fee. However, there will be no refunds on excursions 2 weeks prior to the trip. Once an activity has begun, there will be no refunds except in the case of illness, injury or relocation. Refunds will then be given on a pro-rated basis. Refunds will be given if a program is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment.

When fees are charged, payment is due at the time of registration or prior to the start of the program.
